My Story? - well it's just that, a story...

as the past is gone and the future is a projection

I can really in truth only define my Self in the moment, the Now

- and can say with integrity:

• I AM feeling worthy to be included in Life

• I AM loving and trusting my Self

• I AM living in beauty truth love harmony peace trust, with joy grace and ease

• I AM fearless (almost...)

• I AM enthusiastic about the next moment I am creating 

• I AM connected and experiencing my multidimensional Dreaming and Self

Since I was 15 (I am 55 as of 2020), I have been driven by and dedicated to the pursuit of knowledge and truth, 

which has led me on many journeys - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

 

Evolution for me is not just about my own path,

but being able to facilitate and guide others to realisations, move through blocks and limitations,

to realize their own truth and live their potential.

 

I work in One on One and Group sessions,

Experientials 

and Deep Immersion Intensive Mind Body Spirit Retreats

and Consciousness Warrior Training

to take you on a journey of Self, witnessed, supported and authentic 

and also to enjoy the experience : I believe in growth through inspiration not conflict
